3. Products & Custom Orders

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to accurately display product colors, details, and sizes. Minor variations may occur.

  • Custom Commissions: By placing a custom order, you enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and reference materials. Once production begins on a custom piece, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued, except as outlined in our Return Policy for defects.

  • Intellectual Property: Cossync costumes are original interpretations or licensed works. The underlying character designs are the property of their respective copyright holders. Purchasing a costume does not grant you any intellectual property rights to the character.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees as per our Shipping Policy.

  • We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
