Delivering Your Cosplay Journey
At Cossync, we understand the excitement of receiving your new costume and the importance of timely delivery for your events. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly and securely as possible. This policy details our shipping methods, timelines, and costs.

1. Order Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for items in stock are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Made-to-Order/Custom Items: Processing times for custom commissions or made-to-measure costumes are specified on the product page or communicated after order confirmation. This typically ranges from 3 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship worldwide using reliable carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, and National Postal Services. The available shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight/dimensions.

  • Standard Shipping: Economical option with longer transit times and basic tracking.

  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery with full tracking and signature confirmation (recommended for time-sensitive events).

3. Shipping Timelines (Estimated)
These are estimates and do not include order processing time. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your cart's total weight/dimensions and destination. Orders over a certain value (e.g., $150 USD) may qualify for free standard shipping to select countries. Please see checkout for details.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Customers: Please note that you, as the recipient, are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes (VAT, GST, etc.), or brokerage fees levied by your country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected upon delivery.

  • EU/UK Customers: For orders shipped to the EU and UK, VAT/GST may be collected at checkout in accordance with local regulations.

7. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you. Reshipping will incur additional charges.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Cossync is not liable for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, please contact your local carrier/post office immediately. For lost packages in transit, please contact us at support@cossync.com, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

9. Rush Processing
Need your in-stock order faster? At checkout, you can select "Rush Processing" for an additional fee to have your order prioritized and packed within 24 hours (if ordered on a business day before cut-off time).
